HOW DOES IT WORK?

We'll ask you a few questions to get to know your skin type, concern, current routine and finally - your ultimate skin goals. We'll talk you through your concerns and help you to understand your triggers and potential routine risk factors to ensure that at the very least, you'll be able to take some small and simple steps to improve your skin habits as soon as you put down the phone.

2. We'll give you access

To AlumierMD Medical Grade Skincare

As a medical grade skincare provider, our trained team of clinicians are qualified to offer you private prescriptions that can be delivered straight to your door. Don't worry, these are passionate Skin Practitioners, not sales people, and we can tailor make a routine that suits your time, budget, and will slot straight in within your current routine. OR, we'll simply give you access to the patient portal so you can browse the award winning medical-grade range yourself!

1. Book your consultation

Make the first step and arrange a virtual consultation on a day / time that suits you.

For a first-time patient, we will send you a link to our detailed pre-consultation form approximately a week prior to your booking ~ this is an opportunity to learn more about your existing skincare, lifestyle, stress, hormones and diet. It will allow us to consider some potential triggers and get to know your skin ahead of the meeting.

We want to make sure our time with you is as educational and valuable as possible. 

2. YOUR 1-1 WITH A SKINTOLOGY EXPERT

Make the first step and arrange a virtual consultation on a day / time that suits you.
Your consultation will be carried out through WhatsApp, FaceTime or Zoom – whichever you prefer.

Your initial consultation will have a duration of 30 minutes with opportunity for you to ask any questions, and enough time for us to deliver tailor made solutions to give you the skin you’ve always wanted.

FYI, you’re in good hands… Our entire Skintology team are super friendly and undergo constant training to offer an in-depth understanding of skin anatomy and prescribe solutions that are appropriate to you.

3. AT-HOME RESULTS THAT LAST

Once your consultation is complete, we will offer you a list of our skincare recommendations through the online AlumeirMD private prescription portal.

There is no commitment to purchase any products, simply move the products you desire from your prescription pad, to your basked and complete the easy checkout process. We offer free delivery, with skincare directly delivered to your door.

And don’t forget, you are not alone!
You then have a Skintology contact number that you can message or email if you need any advice or guidance when using the pharmaceutical grade skincare. We believe it is vital you get constant guidance to get the best out of your new routine. You can book in for a free follow-up appointment to support your journey long term.
